X Factor FIRST LOOK: Robbie Williams and Louis Tomlinson in action - Daily Mail

X Factor has given fans their first look at this year's brand new judging panel, as a teaser was released for the upcoming 15th series.

In the 30 second preview, new judges Robbie Williams, Louis Tomlinson and Ayda Fielding can be seen alongside Simon Cowell watching the auditions of this year's undiscovered stars.

The teaser comes following reports that Simon has recruited Britain's Got Talent David Walliams to provide input on who should make it to Judges Houses.

In the teaser, the panel can be seen making a dramatic reaction or two as they hear from some of the contestants.

At one point Simon plugs his ears in dismay, while another act shows Robbie dropping his jaw in shock.

The Rock DJ singer also repeats one of Simon's most famous lines, saying: 'I didn't like it, I loved it,' to which he music mogul slammed his hands on the desk in outrage

No thanks! At one point Simon appeared to block his ears during the audition, perhaps due to one hopeful's inability to sing?

In a montage lasting just seconds, contestants of all ages and backgrounds are seen showcasing their singing skills at the auditions, which took place at London's SSE Arena.

The teaser was appropriately dubbed by Robbie's hit Let Me Entertain You, but in typical fashion not all singers sparked magic with their vocals.

One Direction star Louis could be seen telling one hopeful: 'It's not my cup of tea I'm afraid, I'm a bit scared of you to be honest,' as the camera cut to one hopeful with blue hair and matching lipstick shrugging his shoulders in dismay.

Amazing: In the montage many contestants could be seen belting out a tune in a bid to wow the panel

Vocal queen: Each hopeful will aiming to replicate the success of some of X Factor's most famous exploits, such as One Direction, Olly Murs and Leona Lewis

Stunned: Both Robbie and Ayda appeared to gush about several hopefuls at the auditions

Getting into the spirit: The panel also appeared to be swaying along to one of the auditions

The teaser also came amid reports Simon has recruited his Britain's Got Talent sparring partner David Walliams to assist at this year's Judges Houses.

A source told MailOnline that the comedian will hopefully be the provider of many quips with his friend, after the pair's bickering became a huge hit on BGT.

They said: 'This year producers are keen to make this series the most entertaining yet, it's all about the feel good factor!'

'David loves working with Simon, so I'm sure he would jump at the chance to join him at Judges Houses. 

'The pair have worked together for many years now, so we will have to see what happens! David is so unpredictable so no doubt he will have some tricks up his sleeve.'

The X Factor returns on Saturday 1 September at 8pm on ITV.
